Hormone Support: four capsules daily with food. Ease & Flow and Reformer Recovery: two capsules daily with food. Always follow the product label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Each pouch provides 30 days at the recommended daily serving. Hormone Support contains 120 capsules; Ease & Flow and Reformer Recovery each contain 60.
